The following items can't be returned or exchanged...

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost/Delayed Packages
It happens. Sometimes I wish I had a teleportation device so I could hand deliver all your orders safely and securely, but alas, those devices only exist in my dreams, so I have to depend on the U.S. Postal Service. Sometimes orders get delayed, especially when shipping overseas or to a military base. They get stuck in customs and can remain there for up to 45 days (or more). I do everything I can to push the post office to get your package moving, but mostly, it's out of my hands until the time frame is up. At that time, I can officially claim a package as lost and send you replacements or a refund :). I want you all to be happy with your purchase, but there are some things I just can't control, so if this happens to you (luckily, it's not a super common occurrence), just have a little patience while I work with the always lovely USPS system. I promise I will make it right, one way or another!
