Processing time...
Processing times average around 3-6 business days. (Weekends and holidays are not included.)
I ship everything via USPS - typically Priority for all domestic orders and First Class for all international orders, depending on the weight of the package. (Or UPS for very large orders).
Customs and import taxes...
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping...
**IMPORTANT** Choosing Priority Shipping over Free Shipping will not speed up processing or shipping times. I ship almost everything Priority Mail (unless you have the option of choosing First Class Shipping, depending on the weight of your order), but when you spend $100 or more, the Free Shipping option shows up. If you need something rushed, please email info@getfictional.com to request a rush on an order. I always do my best too accommodate!
Lost or Delayed Packages
It happens. Sometimes I wish I had a teleportation device so I could hand deliver all your orders safely and securely, but alas, those devices only exist in my dreams, so I have to depend on the U.S. Postal Service. Sometimes orders get delayed, especially when shipping overseas or to a military base. They get stuck in customs and can remain there for up to 45 days (or more). I do everything I can to push the post office to get your package moving, but mostly, it's out of my hands until the time frame is up. At that time, I can officially claim a package as lost and send you replacements or a refund :). I want you all to be happy with your purchase, but there are some things I just can't control, so if this happens to you (luckily, it's a very rare occurrence), just have a little patience while I work with the always lovely USPS system. I promise I will make it right, one way or another!
